The untaimed beauty of Bahian nature will immediately take you away from all the stress of the civilized world. The immense 20.000 square meter outdoor area holds various eye catchers ready for you.

A little river is cleaving it´s way through the exotic mangrove forest till its merging with the maritim blue sea water, generating a unique area for you to explore. At one part the river is changing into a little waterfall, suitable to take a swim at the bottom of it. The huge swimming pool is alligned to the ocean, it´s shape of 25 meters lenght is recreated like the river, embedded in a splendid wooden terrace with comfortable sunloungers.

Besides this terrace there are various more varandas with seating accomondations and a typicall Bahian BBQ place. From each one you will have jaw dropping views over the ocean and the nature. A lot of tropical wood is integrated in the 500 square meter of the building, enhancing the comfortable atmosphere of the residence. The Interior possesses various social areas, like chic dinning rooms and comfortable and living rooms equipped with the best technical standards. The 4 suites are partitioned on the main building and a bungalow in about 50 meters distance of the main building. Except of one suite which is possessing two single beds, all suites are coming with big king-sized beds. There is one more room for the staff. The big parking of the property has 10 spaces. This is one of the last high end options to spend Christmas and New Years Eve in Buzios.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
