The beautiful beach Praia dos Nativos and the Quadrado, one of the most famous places in Bahia, and UNESCO world heritage are in walking distance. With no doubt, the 2000 m2 mansion was designed to live life to the fullest. The high-end residence offers everything you could wish for and is one of the most desired properties in our Trancoso selection. The outdoor area possesses a big swimming-pool and a large terrace from which you will have incredible views over the untouched tropical forest and the majestic hills surrounding the property. Thanks to its unique localization the outdoor area of the property cannot be seen from any angle, making sure its guests can enjoy total privacy. The garden is elegantly designed with exotic flowers and palm trees- perfect to have a sophisticated dinner under the Bahian skies.

The interior design is a lustful mixture between European elegance and Bahian comfort. Extravagancy and pure luxury are reflected in every angle of the 700 m2 mansion without making the place look too swanky. Most of the furniture is made out of wood from Trancoso, completing the well-rounded design. The open aligned dining and living rooms next to the large American kitchen will enhance social interaction between the guests. The 4 suites of the mansion are coming with en-suites bathrooms and king-size beds, providing the highest level of comfort. There is one more suite outside of the main building, so the holiday residence offers enough space for 10 people. The rental price includes one private cook, 2 maids, and one gardener. The main house is 2 story home that combines Bahian wood elements with a contemporary feel of bohemian chic. Large sliding glass doors make up the first floor that open the decked pool area.

The upstairs has two bedrooms that open on a siting balcony.The fully renovated cottage offers modern comfort with a rustic feeling rustic. The large wooden doors open onto the decked pool area. The artisan-made cement bathtub is another piece of art of this stylish house. Indonesian tiled good-size pool with sitting ledge, cushioned daybed, pool cushions and outdoor artisan-made shower is a constant invitation to relax and enjoy the feeling of this magical space.

The external suite was built in 2016, it is a double-height suite, with tall wooden veneziana windows, taking advantage of the tall space, a beautiful wooden stair will lead you to the sitting mezzanine to read a book or watch a movie. The suite opens onto a large and cozy outside sitting area. Few steps away from the gourmet area under a charming pergola with a traditional wooden roof, a large outside table with cushioned benches, BBQ/Parilla style is the perfect place for breakfast, brunch or late lunch.

The house is a 4-minute walk to the Quadrado and a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Trancoso. Accommodations include daily housekeepers, a gardener/pool maintenance, English-speaking managers and light breakfast complementary.
