There are 7 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

On the upper floor, the bright master suite has a large balcony and sea view offers all comfort and privacy. There are also two more suites, a chilling area where you can play game, read a book, work on the desk or receive massages, enjoying views on the luxuriant tropical garden and on the magnificent pool. The two living areas are interconnected with the dining area, the modern kitchen and the external BBQ area by a graceful wooden walkway passing over the pool, all those spaces are wide open on the pool and the tropical garden.

Discreet and classy bungalows, of good proportion, have a total of three more bedrooms with en-suite bathroom in total. The property is erected around a pool of subtle curves, with translucent water reflecting the golden light of the southern Bahia sun. Next to this magical pool, the vast gourmet area offers space and practicality to organize brunches, lunches, and dinners a stone's throw from the beach.

The beach is another asset of this exceptional property. This tropical holiday refugium is located in Aquiraz, a tranquil little city close to Fortaleza. The place is famous for its amazing beaches such as Prainha and for the Beach Park, the biggest water park in Brazil.

The mansion itself is a tropical dream nestled in a paradisiac landscape. Almost every angle of the 4900 square meter estate will give you a postcard view of the crystal blue ocean, the exotic vegetation and the beautiful beach located right at your doorstep.

The big palm trees emerging from the huge outdoor area will underline the tropical atmosphere of the property.

There are also 2 bungalows in the garden, one of them with a big lounge and the other one imported from India! Both are aconnected to a huge terrace; perfect for having an unforgettable outdoor reunion under the Ceara skies.

The interior of the mansion is open to the outdoor and designed so that there always is a fresh ocean breeze going through the various spaces. The comfortable furniture and the local decoration will enable guests to sit back and relax while sipping on some caipirinhas.
