The mansion itself is a tropical dream nestled in a paradisiac landscape. Almost every angle of the 4900 square meter estate will give you a postcard view of the crystal blue ocean, the exotic vegetation and the beautiful beach located right at your doorstep.

The big palm trees emerging from the huge outdoor area will underline the tropical atmosphere of the property.

There are also 2 bungalows in the garden, one of them with a big lounge and the other one imported from India! Both are aconnected to a huge terrace; perfect for having an unforgettable outdoor reunion under the Ceara skies.

The interior of the mansion is open to the outdoor and designed so that there always is a fresh ocean breeze going through the various spaces. The comfortable furniture and the local decoration will enable guests to sit back and relax while sipping on some caipirinhas.

The 6 suites all have their own design with a luxurious yet cosy atmosphere and will provide enough privacy to every single guest.

The huge 1600 square meter outdoor area of the property possesses a big swimming pool, which is masterly embedded in a splendid wooden terrace.

The luxurious villa is the only house on a papradisiac 500 meter beach. A beautiful preserved rain forest with hundreds of coconut trees and a river are surrounding the immense 150 ha of the property.

Complete privacy, tranquility and freedom is guaranteed for you if you decide to spend your vacations here. The next city is around 10 min by car and is called Itacare. The tranquil beach town is home to some great sea food restaurants and fancy bars. From Itacare who will have also fast access to the national park Serra do Conduru, with its famous waterfalls and wildlife.

Prainha, the beautiful beach at your doorstep is suited perfectly to go surfing or fishing. The natural river of the estate with it´s crystal clear water is stopped by a dam to create an unique natural swimming-pool. The property is ideal to host big events like weddings as it has the capacity for 200 guests.

For sure no matter what event you are going to host, with this unique property it will be a success. Having untouched nature at your doorstep, the interior of the 600 square meter villa holds nothing else ready than pure luxurity and sophistication for it´s priviledged guests.

The villa possesses a popular art collection with painitings and sculptures.
