THe villa has 150 m front sea at the most exclusive beach of Trancoso, fully integrated and open in lush nature, this charming property of 3 suites and 2 bedrooms this house and the ideal refuge for your holiday in southern Bahia.

The house, which was recently renovated, typical of Trancoso style with burnt cement, wood, and large openings has wooden walkways that give access to different rooms and several external terraces.

The beautiful new swimming pool and its rest areas, its covered gourmet area, and its sauna with a view and right access to warm water offer a privileged space, a few steps from the house and the beach.

A beautiful lookout offers stunning views by day and a starry night sky for magical moments in Trancoso.

The interior is gracefully decorated and equipped with audio and video systems which include Smart TVs and a ceiling projector. The outdoor area hosts the 75m2 private infinity pool, a pool bar, built-in seating and sofas, and a large dining area.
