This is a beautiful and spacious, contemporary modern house featuring 5 bedrooms. It has a large living and dining room and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom: the first 2 suites are located on the 2nd floor and the remaining 3 suites are on the ground level. The fifth bedroom is considered a half bedroom with two single beds and top of the line gym equipment. The house also comes with a SUP board, a ping pong table and a sea scooter as well as scuba diving equipment. The gated community has its own beach club with an additional pool and beach set up with sun beds and umbrellas if needed. The house, which was recently renovated, typical of Trancoso style with burnt cement, wood, and large openings has wooden walkways that give access to different rooms and several external terraces.

The beautiful new swimming pool and its rest areas, its covered gourmet area, and its sauna with a view and right access to warm water offer a privileged space, a few steps from the house and the beach.
