Welcome to this magnificent house! An 8 bedroom abode nestled up to the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter the villa, you will experience a captivating view of the water and talc-white sand from many of the rooms. The house features 8 suites each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs. There are 6 large king suites each with one king-size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 2 double queen suites, each with 2 queen-size beds.

The house boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area; eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. The house is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas and a huge plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.

In addition to being just across the street from the beach, the house is located only 12 minutes’ walk from town or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!

This is a beautiful and distinct 5 bedroom house located in the very quaint gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Just steps away from the beautiful and tranquil Marina, The house is also located on the 3rd hole of the 9 hole golf course. While not beachfront, you are walking distance from the beautiful beach and also walking distance from aquatic adventures such as Catamaran experiences, spear fishing and sport fishing excursions.

The house receives it’s name by being built around a cenote, a mayan word for Sink Hole. The villa has an intricrate fresh water system streaming beneath the property and we wanted to highlight this natural phenoma and make it the center piece of this beautiful home.

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the house can sleep comfortably 12 guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, each with their own bathroom and 3 of the remaining bedrooms located on the upper level, the Master Suite having it’s own en-suite master bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms sharing a his/her bathroom.

The house prides itself on the exterior common areas of this property which feature a breezy rooftop terrace with a bar overlooking the marina and jungle, and palapa space for more lounging or more collective group activities such as yoga and meditation or spa services. On the ground level by the pool you will also be able to enjoy basking in the sun by day or evening BBQ’s with get togethers around a firepit.

Wake up with an ocean panoramic view that will enchant the eye with its electric turquoise color.
