Our place was created out of love and passion and made for family friends & groups who want to gather and create memorable moments. Our villa, made in a u-shape modern design, is made for you to feel at home. All rooms have a private entrance, a full private bathrooms, 5 of them have individual pools. Our common areas count a 15 meter pool, a fire pit, a yoga room, a full gym (cardio and weights), an open outdoor kitchen, and a very large garden for your events and gatherings.

The villa has been built in the true spirit of Tulum. Luxury by design, natural materials, large green spaces. Find balance and harmony so you can share, create and enjoy. Eat healthy, relax your mind, work out… all the options are there for you to enjoy. Each room has individual access, AC, private bathrooms, and a private terrace. The open fireplace can be used daily to gather, relax and enjoy a quiet relaxing evening after your sunny days. Our sound system allows you to put on your favorite music via Bluetooth while chilling around the pool or the open kitchen.

We also have partnership with several beach clubs so you can easily access some of the best locations.

At the villa we believe in simple beauty and simple pleasures, respect for all living creatures and the quiet brilliance of nature and also we encourage guests to take the slow approach to life where quiet moments with nature allow you to disconnect from the busy, fast-paced world and reconnect with the earth, each other, and yourself.

Situated between the lush, green mangrove jungle and the secluded beach of Soliman Bay, this villa has been created for living harmoniously with nature and guests can savor a unique experience with the support and service that is synonymous of this house. The property boasts a private stretch of beachfront with spectacular views of the bay that you can enjoy from any one of the terraces adjacent to each bedroom. There are also 2 tiered rooftop terraces, 1 of which has a pool, for sunbathing by day and stargazing in the evening. The first floor living area has been created in an open-concept style with spacious kitchen, dining and living space that reveals a private garden veranda with infinity pool. This modern, rustic home has been created to evoke privacy, luxury and nature and is the perfect place to immerse oneself in the natural beauty of Mexico. The kitchen, dining table and living area are an open concept, where families can enjoy quality time, surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that offer views of the brilliant jungle which envelopes the villa.

As you walk upstairs, 5 uniquely designed suites greet you. Each suite features its own bathroom, king-size bed and private terrace with ocean view.

Beach & Pool

There is a terrace located off the living area, which serves as your personal garden with pool, sunning areas and direct access to a private stretch of beach.

Rooftop

Continuing upward, you will reach the rooftop terrace. This is a place with awe-inspiring 360° views of the bay and the mangrove jungle. It is a spot where you can admire the sky full of stars in the evening or relax in sun-drenched chaises longues during the day.

Design

As you walk into the property, you are met with a sweeping view through the home over the expansive infinity pool until your eyes are met with the stunning turquoise waters of Soliman Bay.

Location

Soliman Bay sits just north of Tulum village. The area surrounding Soliman Bay is a secluded, beachfront community made up of private villas and vacation homes with virtually no commercial development. In this tucked away strip of beach, you will find this villa hidden between the bay and the mangrove jungle.

Although Riviera Maya is developing rapidly, Soliman Bay remains a quiet retreat where you can admire the nearly virgin landscape in an environment that has been consciously protected from the wear and tear of development. Soliman Bay is just a short distance (15 minutes by car) from the village of Tulum and 1.5 hours from Cancun Airport. If you are interested in exploring the area, there is much to discover. Tulum is known for its wonderful restaurants and nightlife but one is never short of experiences in Riviera Maya with the breathtaking Mayan ruins, endless pristine beaches, lush jungles and chic boutiques all within reach.

Services

To insure that guests feel taken care of, the villa includes maintenance and housekeeping services in the form of a sweet couple who live in a separate home at the entrance of the property. They are available 24 hours a day to assist in anything you may need. The home is cleaned daily.

Located in Tankah, only minutes away from Tulum, this house is the perfect setting for a family vacation, excursion with friends, or a quick romantic getaway. This luxurious villa offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The secluded beach of Tankah is nestled in between the crystal-clear water of a cenote and the sounds of the crashing waves. It’s a special ecological zone that restricts developments and has specific conservation provisions to protect the fragile ecosystem in the area. We also invite you to cooperate in respecting our natural surroundings and helping to preserve this unique slice of paradise.

This house includes 5 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds. Each bedroom has private bathroom. The Villa offers a living area with comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor living space is marvellous at the house where you can savor the incredible views of the Caribbean. There is a wooden deck furnished with lounge chairs and an oceanfront swimming pool.

Inspired by the beauty of Soliman Bay, the interiors of the villa feature minimalist furnishing combined with a playful mix of soothing colors that reflect the laid back beach lifestyle. Varieties of palm trees and tropical plants surrounding the infinity swimming pool create a heavenly environment.
