THe villa has 150 m front sea at the most exclusive beach of Trancoso, fully integrated and open in lush nature, this charming property of 3 suites and 2 bedrooms this house and the ideal refuge for your holiday in southern Bahia.

The house, which was recently renovated, typical of Trancoso style with burnt cement, wood, and large openings has wooden walkways that give access to different rooms and several external terraces.

The beautiful new swimming pool and its rest areas, its covered gourmet area, and its sauna with a view and right access to warm water offer a privileged space, a few steps from the house and the beach.

A beautiful lookout offers stunning views by day and a starry night sky for magical moments in Trancoso.

Villa consists of 7 spacious bedrooms (6 double and 1 single) with en suite bathrooms plus 1 guest WC and accommodates up to 13 guests. It has exclusive use of a 2.000m2 plot with a grass area, flowers, cactuses, and other decorative plants and offers a lot of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The interior is gracefully decorated and equipped with audio and video systems which include Smart TVs and a ceiling projector. The outdoor area hosts the 75m2 private infinity pool, a pool bar, built-in seating and sofas, and a large dining area.
The wellness area on the lower level of the property, with a gym and a sauna has amazing sea views. In addition, an outdoor Jacuzzi can be found on the 1st-floor terrace, next to the master bedroom. A private parking space is also featured in the villa plot.
