This is a stunning and unique 5 bedroom residence situated in the very quaint gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Just moments away from the beautiful and tranquil Marina, the house is also located on the 3rd hole of the 9 hole golf course. While not beachfront, you are within walking distance of the beautiful beach and also close to aquatic adventures such as Catamaran experiences, spear fishing and sport fishing excursions.

The house receives its name by being built around a cenote, a mayan word for Sink Hole. The villa has an intricate fresh water system streaming beneath the property and we wanted to highlight this natural phenomenon and make it the centerpiece of this beautiful home.

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the house can sleep comfortably 12 guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, each with their own bathroom and 3 of the remaining bedrooms located on the upper level, the Master Suite having its own en-suite master bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms sharing a his/her bathroom.

The house prides itself on the exterior common areas of this property which feature a breezy rooftop terrace with a bar overlooking the marina and jungle, and palapa space for more lounging or more collective group activities such as yoga and meditation or spa services. On the ground level by the pool you will also be able to enjoy basking in the sun by day or evening BBQs with get togethers around a firepit.

This is a remarkable luxury house well suited for families with kids or couples or even groups of friends looking for a quiet peaceful getaway.

Located just 20 minutes North from the iconic Cancun Hotel Zone, this villa sits in Playa Mujeres, one of the most exclusive and secure gated communities in the Riviera Maya. The residence is the ideal place to spend holidays to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun but at the same time conveniently positioned close enough to all the famous restaurants, beach clubs, shopping malls, and many other adventurous activities and experiences, including day trips to Isla Blanca and to Isla Mujeres. One of our favorite features of house is that while it’s just a 2 minutes walking distance from your own private beautiful white powdery sand beach and turquoise waters, the property boasts an incredible amount of privacy and security with only 5 properties in the Naay gated community.
This is a beautiful and spacious, contemporary modern house featuring 5 bedrooms. It has a large living and dining room and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom: the first 2 suites are located on the 2nd floor and the remaining 3 suites are on the ground level. The fifth bedroom is considered a half bedroom with two single beds and top of the line gym equipment. The house also comes with a SUP board, a ping pong table and a sea scooter as well as scuba diving equipment. The gated community has its own beach club with an additional pool and beach set up with sun beds and umbrellas if needed. It is close to the new Puerto Cancun with it’s new mall, trendy restaurants and movie theatre as well as offering access to a tennis court, and just close by, a Greg Norman golf course and a beautiful marina where you can rent a yacht and cruise around the area, venture off to Isla Mujeres or even visit the nearby islands (perfect timing is whale shark season).
Let us organize your perfect vacation and help you to make this trip the best of your life. This house is perfect for people looking for exceptional holidays in a secluded and unique house surrounded by natural and untouched landscape. The house can host families, groups of friends, couples, and pretty much caters to any group dynamic. With it’s full time maid service, and inclusive of daily breakfasts, round trip airport transportation to and from the villa, and additional services available a la carte such as butler service, in house spa services, yoga, boxing and tennis teachers you are just steps away from being pampered and enjoying the vacation of a lifetime.
