The property includes a spacious dining room, an equipped kitchen, a guest bedroom with bathroom, shared bathrooms, 5 bedrooms for up to 16 people (each room has a private bathroom) and a large private pool. Colombian coffee will be offered by the hosts. You will also have access, subject to the age of driving, two golf carts to move in the area.

Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
