• A copy of a valid ID or passport for all overnight guests must be submitted prior to arrival
• External visitors are not permitted without prior approval
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited
• Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
• Pets are allowed upon prior request and approval
Please note that the property operates under a hotel-style service model. As such, the sale of food and beverages is exclusively reserved to the property.
VAT Exemption for Foreign Visitors
In accordance with Colombian regulations, non-resident visitors may benefit from a Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption on tourism services consumed within the country.
This exemption applies to services included in packages offered by licensed tour operators or hotels registered with the National Tourism Registry. It also extends to hotel services sold through tour operators, provided that the final beneficiary is a non-resident.
To qualify, guests must present valid proof of their non-resident status upon arrival. This includes an original passport along with one of the following valid immigration documents:
• Andean or Mercosur entry card with a current entry stamp (PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6, or PIP-10)
• Valid temporary visas such as TP-7, TP-11, or TP-12
