It offers 5 suites, each with a private bathroom and terrace, accommodating up to 10 adults. Inside, guests will enjoy spacious lounges, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wellness area with hammam and massage room.

Outside, the villa features a 15 × 15 m heated pool (on request), terraces, a pool house with bar and lounge, fitness room, and leisure spaces such as pétanque and ping-pong. The property is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, sound system, and daily staff service from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. – including a cook, housekeeper, gardener, and 24-hour security.
