The rooms are large and well lit, with designer furniture and Brazilian decor that highlights local artists and artisans. The living room open to the terrace and pool is the ideal place to receive friends and family.

On the terrace, you can enjoy videos or films on a big screen or dance on the outdoor deck.

The pool has a lane for swimmers and a large "U" bench with a hydromassage or for group conversations.

The garden is on an inclined plane, with a pleasant kiosk that opens up to the view of the roofs of the Paraty houses, the Perequê-Açú river and the mountains.
