The main house contains 8 of the bedrooms, with another 4 bedrooms located in an adjacent smaller house. The entire estate has been built directly on the oceanfront, so for those who love the sand and surf, the proximity of this ranch villa to the ocean cannot be beaten.

Outside, the grounds of this villa is probably where you'll spend most of your time, as there is a great pool, very large grassed yard, terrace with lots of dining and lounge furniture, and a great outdoor kitchen area, which features bar, Brazilian barbeque, and even a pizza oven. With 635m² of built area on a 2,000m² plot, the house consists of five rooms, five suites and two bathrooms. The rooms are large and well lit, with designer furniture and Brazilian decor that highlights local artists and artisans. The living room open to the terrace and pool is the ideal place to receive friends and family.

On the terrace, you can enjoy videos or films on a big screen or dance on the outdoor deck.

The pool has a lane for swimmers and a large "U" bench with a hydromassage or for group conversations.

The garden is on an inclined plane, with a pleasant kiosk that opens up to the view of the roofs of the Paraty houses, the Perequê-Açú river and the mountains.
