The villa is built around a central wing with the living room, master suites and service area intersected by two additional wings which include suites, gardens, swimming pool and more. The structure forms a wide H allowing every part of the villa access to the surrounding environment. With even the corridors and hallways constructed around an open design philosophy the effect is to provide spectacular natural illumination and ventilation for all 4900 m² of the building.

The structure’s elegant use of sustainably sourced laminated wood as the primary building material helps it blend seamlessly into the surrounding natural environment. With large windows and spatial openings on to the rest of the estate wherever possible, the design opens the building up and integrates it with the whole 39000 m² property. Gardens built around the suites yet within the structure lend the design a further natural touch, and the spectacular inside-outside pool, capped off by its’ own gourmet kitchen, completes the artful mix with befitting grandeur.

The two master suites are separately located on the 2nd floor giving each a substantial degree of privacy. Each master suite comes with its’ own private living room, walk-in closet and veranda overlooking the rest of the estate. The other side of the wing contains 2 more bedroom suites as well as the personal gym and a personal spa. The wing is perfectly equipped for all your physical well-being and relaxation needs. Like in every part of the villa only the very best equipment and artfully selected furnishings are employed.

This beautiful property has 3 very spacious bedrooms (and another 2 reversible) and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are very spacious because, after all, there are 560m² of total area. The master bedroom is an apartment itself, as you have a separate television/entertainment area, which actually has sliding wooden doors that can be closed to make this an extra bedroom. This master bedroom has a beautifully done en-suite bathroom, with an over-sized shower. There can even be a 5th bedroom made in the living room, as in this area there is a separate open alcove with sliding doors which can be closed for privacy.

The bathrooms are very well lit and have a soft decor, based on wood and porcelain, with plants and many mirrors. All the environments are cozy and well decorated.
