The dining room has a large table with seating for 10 people. It is equipped with a fridge, freezer and has direct access to the house's balcony. The kitchen, although discreet, is spacious and well equipped with modern appliances.

A fantastic rustic and elegant villa, located 800m from Praia da Armação, in a private condominium, offers a privileged panoramic view of the north coast of Ilhabela.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden with a koi pond, the house has a large wooden deck and a pool attached to a jacuzzi. There are three rooms in total: a living room with fireplace, TV and DVD players and stereo and a dining room with a round table on the upper floor and a TV room on the lower floor.

On its beautiful terrace are the barbecue, the pizza oven and a large table for up to 20 people. There is also a bathroom for the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with two refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, mixer, juicer, double sink and water filter. The laundry area has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are 5 large rooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, which comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.

The master suite has 40m² and offers a double bed and a bathroom with 2 showers, 2 sinks inside the room and a private balcony with a hammock and hot tub.
