Less than 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Guarajuba, it is home to 5 suites. The modern facade brings refinement. The interior has an atrium that helps with acoustics and ventilation.

The entrance to the house, in a natural way, is a walk through the leisure area, swimming pool and gourmet area.

Inside, on the ground floor, the living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs, sofas and smartv with hometheater sound system. Generating a perfect environment to enjoy your favorite movies and series, as if you were in a movie theater.

The kitchen of the house is next to the living room, and despite being compact, it is complete. Two refrigerators, a cellar, appliances, furniture and an excellent space for cooking. Its dining table comfortably seats 6 people.

Still on the first floor there is a suite overlooking the pool, queen size bed, closet, smartv, large bathroom

On the second floor are 4 fabulous suites. All with a large balcony that has a view of the entire area, and even a sea view. Each of the suites has a queen bed, smartv, closet and bathroom. The house can accommodate 5 couples, or up to 16 people.

The fantastic gourmet area has a beer hall, snooker table, barbecue, table for 10 seats, sun loungers, another table on the lawn and the pool with fountain. An ideal environment for celebrations with friends and family.

From the house to the sea it is only a few minutes' walk. The condominium has tennis courts, soccer field, beach tennis, sports court and a bike path that runs along the entire length of the beach.

Located in an upscale condominium, the house draws attention for its size and sea view.

Passing through the two covered parking spaces is the front door. The large dining room with a table for 10 seats is air conditioned, with two cassette air conditioners. The TV room has a SmartTV, it is furnished with sofas and armchairs. These are environments overlooking the pool and sea. From there, integrating the living and living area, the large balcony brings other environments:
Games room with ping pong, foosball and card table. Toilet and shower. The gourmet area has a double barbecue, workbench, two refrigerators and two tables that serve family, friends and space for 16 people seated. The pool also has 04 sun loungers. Close to this destination there are still good beach bars, excellent supermarkets. And It is 10 km from Praia do Forte, and 50 km from Salvador.
