This magnificent beachfront villa with 500m² of built area and with 1,000m² of land area, is located in the bathing resort of Ferradura, Búzios. In addition to having a splendid view of the immensity of the blue sea, it also has a spacious front lawn with beautiful loungers to enjoy the summer.

The city of Búzios is a charming peninsula with many beaches to visit, unspoiled nature, boat trips, water sports, shops and hundreds of absolutely delicious restaurants for every appetite, at any time of your day and mood.

The house is all decorated in rustic wood and stones, giving an air of coziness and sophistication to the environment, having everything you need during your vacation stay.

This extraordinary property has 3 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 TV room, gourmet balcony with deck and complete barbecue, swimming pool, sauna, 5 bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, with 8 bathrooms in total, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, closets, comfortable beds and bath linen.

- Extra services included: caretaker, water, electricity, bath and bed linen changes, beach service (chair and tent)
- Extra services not included: cook and maid.

- Cook (optional): R$ 250 per day. Prepare meals.
- Maid: R$200 per day. She always keeps the house clean and organized and does maid service.

The suntrap bathing area and dining table are situated together with a seating area with a shaded roof. The site has atmospheric lighting to create a beautiful ambiance for evening meals. There is also a gas BBQ for guests' disposal.

The wellness area offers a hot tub boasting 180-degree views of the coastline and Cap d'Antibes and an infrared sauna that can seat up to 5 people.

Its air-conditioned living room has been carefully furnished and decorated with furniture and local decor, it has cable TV and direct access to an extensive balcony with a swimming pool.

The kitchen is compact but complete with modern and excellent kitchen supplies and home appliances.

The house has 4 spacious suites, all air-conditioned with cable TV and access to the house's balcony.
The suites are organized into:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, 2 armchairs, closet, and bathroom
Suite 2: 1 double bed, desk, closet, and bathroom
Suite 3: 1 double bed, desk, closet, and bathroom
Suite 4: 2 single beds and bathroom

Its large balcony has a spectacular view of the area from the vast forest region to the sea and has a barbecue and deck with a sofa, dining table, and a swimming pool.

The area delights in its local cuisine, beautiful beaches, and breathtaking trails that will certainly give an excellent experience and beautiful memories of the place.

- Housekeeper: takes care of the garden, pool, and all the outside of the house;
- Cleaning lady: Cleans the house and makes meals.
