This charming oceanfront villa boasts one of the most spectacular views in the entire Barú region, from its dense forests to its beaches with the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The villa is divided into 3 spacious bungalows:

The first is bungalow has 3 bedrooms where 8 persons can sleep comfortably, a large living room furnished mostly with wooden pieces and sofas, and decorated with local crafts that complement the beauty of the surrounding nature. The dining room is an open space with views on the sea, and a beautiful rustic wooden table with capacity for 8 people.

The second and third bungalows each have 3 bedrooms with capacity for 4 each. All its beautiful suites are air conditioned and have private bathrooms with smooth stone floors that massage the feet. In addition, each suite has a balcony overlooking the forest and the sea.

The outdoor area of ​​the villa comprises two infinity pools, sofas and sun loungers. There you can enjoy stunning sunsets and relax to the fullest with a cocktail in the hand. There is also a pier in front of the villa to moor your yacht and have easy access for water adventures. Additionally, you can find a private space for massage where you and your guests can indulge in a relaxing therapy.

The villa is just 90 minutes by car from Cartagena's historic center and steps away from wonderful water experiences in this amazing region of Colombia.

The Castle is set within 32 hectares of park and gardens and features a golf area, a fitness trail around the ponds, and a multi-use games area, as well as more than 4 000 m² of buildings. The Castle, orangery, and 18th-century manor sit within 2 000 m² and 400 m² including a spa zone, two swimming pools, jacuzzi, cinema, and sixteen suites with marble bathrooms, all accessible via a lift.

The property and its surroundings are perfect for different events such as garden parties, teambuilding activities, as well as any other events under a marquee.

There are 16 heated suites fitted with ensuite bathrooms in marble or natural stone, allowing you to host 40 people in a refined setting.

Light and spacious adjoining lounges are furnished to give you as much comfort as possible and allow you to travel through the ages.

Also, the Castle features a haven of peace: an entire floor dedicated to guests' wellbeing; saunas, jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, sports hall, massage room… A lift goes directly to the rooms in the spa zone.

The kitchen is an equally splendid environment, in an American style, it mixes rustic furniture with modern appliances, including fridge, cooktop and Nespresso coffee machine.

The house has 5 magnificent suites, two on the first floor with the first having 1 double bed and the second with 2 single beds; two suites on the second floor with 1 king bed each and 1 guest house attached to the main house with 1 double bed. For groups over 10 people, the house has 2 mattresses and 1 sofa bed that increases the capacity up to 14 guests. All suites are air conditioned and have an excellent view of the garden.

You will have a unique experience during your stay, either opting for a myriad of exclusive activities or just simply immersing yourself in relaxation.

The Farm has a project for the development of micro agricultural production - some still in the implementation phase - such as the creation of some animal species , a vineyard, orchards, dairy, bakery, nano brewery. In addition the FARM features beautiful pools of natural water, a waterfall, gastronomy, among other attractions, with a complete staff always available on duty to help.

You will also enjoy memorable landscapes of mountains, woods, water mines, lakes, corrals, stables and also for your convenience there is a beautiful chapel authorized to celebrate weddings.

The design and architecture of the Farm are also unique . You and your guests will be able to be accommodated in 6 complete and very well decorated suites, with configurations to host up to 18 people with great comfort and refinement, in this Headquarters, which has been transformed into a Guest House.

The Headquarters consists of rooms carefully decorated for your comfort, a fireplace- with hammocks around it - to warm the night from the crisp mountain air. The large balcony that surrounds the House, allows you to fully enjoy the landscape.

All meals are included in the daily rate, a comfort food style menu from Fazenda (with some products from their own production). Beverages such as water, juice, tea and soda are also included. Beer is included in the daily rate. (contact us for beverage and menu details).

An itinerary of rural, natural, gastronomic and entertainment experiences can be organized featuring all the attractions of the Farm. Some of these are included in the daily rate and others separately(contact us for more details about the experiences).

A renowned Delicatessen, in the Serrana Region of Rio de Janeiro, delivers special items, including wine,spirits, special snacks, etc. Amounts paid directly to the Delicatessen (contact us for more information).

The infrastructure also has fiber optic internet and satellite redundancy. Power generators are in place if needed.

The farm is approximately 2 hours away from the city of Rio de Janeiro and is 6 km from the highway. It is nestled in the mountains of the rural region of Bemposta, RJ.
