Bah135 - Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with garden in Trancoso

Surrounded by a beautiful green landscape, this charming villa is located in one of the most sought after places by tourists visiting the south of Bahia and is just a few minutes drive from Praça do Quadrado and its restaurants, shops and Praia dos Nativos in Trancoso.

The villa has a garden full of trees and native plants, with hammocks for resting and a fire pit. Its balcony has a wooden deck and is furnished with sofas and tables for outdoor dining. It is divided into two lofts, the first one sleeps 1 couple and the second one sleeps a family of 4 or 2 couples of friends.

The two lofts were designed and built with sustainability in mind, it was made with reforested wood, bamboo, clay and demolition, its energy source comes from the house's solar panels. All the organic waste generated in the house is transformed into fertilizer which is then used in the garden to produce organic food. Rainwater is channeled to irrigate the vegetable garden and plants in the garden. An excellent option for relaxing is its open-air hot tub.

Its interiors have an open concept design where all rooms have an exit to the garden, its dining room and kitchen are in the same environment, the kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances.
