The villa is built in the shape of bungalows and is composed of two spaces, the central space where the common area that makes up the living room, dining room, the entire environment furnished with selected furniture in an open environment.

In the bungalow of the suites, all 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and are prepared for couples, families and groups of friends.

For entertainment, the villa is just steps away from the beach and excellent local cuisine restaurants, as well as local boating experiences and other water sports that the region has to offer.

The condominium has a large golf course that runs throughout the region and can be used by all guests and includes several other sports activities such as tennis, water skiing, cycling, athletics and many others. The biodiversity preserved in the condominium is fantastic and a beautiful variety of animals native to the region can be found, mostly birds and small animals.

Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

The kitchen has a minimalist design and has an excellent use of space with pre-defined locations for the freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher, well equipped with all the essential items for the preparation of excellent meals. Next to the kitchen is the service area always ready to be used, containing a washing machine, dryer, iron and other items.
