Thanks to the careful restoration carried out by the owner, the villa, while being transformed into an exclusive residence, has maintained its historical and architectural features.

The villa offers seven unique and elegant bedrooms including a two-bedroom, two-bathroom garden suite, all meticulously restored and furnished, immersed in the exquisitely scented and marvelously colorful "literary garden", equipped with every modern comfort. The rooms are accessible from the ground floor by a flight of 23 steps. Most bedrooms have glorious, flower-covered terraces with superb views of the sea or the gardens.

The overwhelming lounge is adorned by arch-shaped ceilings, paintings, chromatic lighting, large sofas in blue velvet, and coffee tables. The beautiful floor with ancient hand-painted tiles spreads through the villa from the living area to the dining room to the winter garden. The winter garden offers glass walls opening into the garden, allowing its greenery and natural light to spread inside the home, while its numerous white sofas lend for comfortable seating on a cool evening.

Villa has an elegant swimming pool that is immersed in its lush garden. Besides the pool lies the outdoor Jacuzzi. This 3-story villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, with 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Entrance into the villa is through a small foyer, which leads to a large, double living room and the dining room with a glass dining table for 8. There is also a covered, external dining area with a long, ceramic dining table for 10, situated next to a wood pizza oven and a ceramic tile painting of Capri as a backdrop.

The rooftop terrace, located up a flight of 20 steps from the second floor, enjoys various seating areas with lounge chairs and sofa chairs, an oval dining table for 4, coffee tables, and great views onto the town of Capri and the infamous Faraglioni rocks. The terrace also enjoys two external showers, lovely décor pieces, and various types of floral. The pool deck, located in the front of the house, enjoys sun lounge chairs and a changing room.

Villa was originally constructed at the end of the 18th century by a well-known family of Capri. The villa is situated along a walking path overlooking Certosa di San Giacomo and Marina Piccola, with views of the entire town of Capri and Monte Solaro. After more than 200 years, the villa is still currently owned by descendants of the original family who recently completed a large-scale renovation in 2010.
The villa is ideally located in the residential area of Capri and surrounded by superb gardens, just a few minutes from the central shopping district. It is the perfect location where you can enjoy a glamorous holiday on the Island.

Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 en suite double bedrooms. The indoor area of 430 sqm, based on 3 different floors which consist of rooms, entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, TV room, living room, and game room.

The Villa has a 4x7 meter swimming pool which can be heated, on request, 30 Celsius. There is an air-conditioned gym with a treadmill and stretching bar, complete with an entertainment unit with music, TV, video, and DVD. The facilities also include a sauna and shower stall with a glass door.

Outside there are 7 lounge chairs with cushions and top-quality pool towels. From the pool terrace, a traditional Capri colonnade overlooks the town center of Capri offering a glimpse towards Mount Solaro. Small potted palm trees line the beautiful paved terrace.

The indoor area has 500 square meters based on 3 different floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 en-suite bedrooms. Villa features also 2 living and dining rooms, a kitchen, panoramic pool, alfresco dining, garden, and spacious terraces with a view of the sea. The décor and quality of the furniture are superb; detailed and carefully selected to the highest standards. The floors have been made with Neapolitan terracotta tiles, bathrooms have been decorated with ceramic tiles from Vietri Sul Mare, and the textiles are from the prestigious silk factories of San Leucio. The first thing that hits your eyes as you enter the property is the island's proximity to Capri. Capri, with its Faraglioni Rocks surrounded by the deep blue sea, is so near, that you can reach out and touch it. You can also see, to the right of the property in the distance, the island of Ischia, views are simply spectacular! There is also a lot of vegetation, including a vegetable garden with organic products near the entrance and a terrace with fruit trees.

The villa has a private parking area within the entrance gate with space for up to 4 cars. A small private road leads up to the main entrance of the villa and cannot be accessed by large cars as the road is very narrow.
