The first house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, an elevator connecting the entrance level and the first floor, a small staircase leading to an en-suite bedroom. On the first floor, a bedroom with absolutely stunning views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Glass bridge leads to the rooftop terrace of the second house, which features a barbecue, table, and chairs for four people, sunbeds, and parasols.

Outside, just across a small path, access to the second house. Directly facing the beach, the second house is also accessible directly from the street.
