Villa is located in the center of the Wine Estate, situated in the renowned area of the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO HERITAGE SITE. Discovering the surrounding hills, idyllic villages, and an authentic Tuscan landscape while relaxing by the swimming pool is truly an unforgettable Italian experience.

The Villa has been renovated in 2019, is divided into a north and a south wing and can host up to 20 people. The north wing has the main living room and dining room (90m2), a fully equipped modern kitchen on the ground floor: large picture window doors open onto the garden where guests can enjoy an evening cocktail or read a book while looking out to an incomparable glimpse of Montalcino. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. A large covered patio, just next to the living room, and the kitchen is set up for dining along with a wood barbecue area.

The southern wing provides a superb Tuscan atmosphere with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a wood fireplace, and a large Tuscan style kitchen.

An in-villa dining service or a self-made barbecue night can be the perfect end of the day while enjoying an Aperitivo with a lovely glass of Fiamma Rosé. In this 600-hectare bio-protected estate you can find the perfect spot for Yoga classes and also other sports activities such as table tennis and basketball nets, all adding to your evening enjoyment.
