The main house contains 8 of the bedrooms, with another 4 bedrooms located in an adjacent smaller house. The entire estate has been built directly on the oceanfront, so for those who love the sand and surf, the proximity of this ranch villa to the ocean cannot be beaten.

Outside, the grounds of this villa is probably where you'll spend most of your time, as there is a great pool, very large grassed yard, terrace with lots of dining and lounge furniture, and a great outdoor kitchen area, which features bar, Brazilian barbeque, and even a pizza oven.
