The outdoor spaces all face towards the sea, the terrace gradually descends into the villa's private pool, positioned to the front of the property. A wonderful house in the midst of the most beautiful paradisiacal landscapes, surrounded by the sea and the forest of the island of Caieira, this property in Angra is perfect for recording precious moments and enjoying the tranquility, luxury and refinement that this house has.

The beautiful experience of staying in this house starts at Marina Costabella where a boatman waits for the guests to take them to the house, passing near Praia do Pontal, in a few minutes trip to the house on the island. The entrance to the house is through the pier where there is a large space with sofas to adorn the landscape, sun loungers for sunbathing and a large outdoor dining table with 16 outdoor seats covered by two large umbrellas.

The first floor of the house comprises a large living room with a large TV and a dining area with an equally large table comprising 18 seats and a fully equipped kitchen. In the same room, going up some steps is the lounge area with bar and DJ equipment, made to liven up parties. On the second floor we have 5 suites with a double bed, one of them having a single bed, and a sixth suite containing 3 bunks for children.

The house at the back has access to the island's forest and a small gym with weight training materials, exercise mats, exercise bike and treadmill. Close to the house, around the island are bars and restaurants with typical foods from the region that can be accessed by boat.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.

Villa surrounded by an unspoiled natural landscape, located just a short distance from San Casciano Dei Bagni village, the most charming in Val d’Orcia. It was originally a farmhouse built at the end of the 18th century with a lot of adjustments throughout the years until 2012 when a careful renovation was led following modern top-notch comfort and design.

Villa of total size 350m2 for 12 adults +2 kids, consists of 6 double bedrooms (5 with king-size bed, 1 with two single beds) all with a bathroom (5 with shower, 1 with tub and hand shower), dining room with large antique wooden table and fireplace, full kitchen equipped with professional espresso and American coffee machine, sitting area with TV and another small sitting room. The first floor features a large living room with sofas, TV, and DVD, two bedrooms and a covered terrace.

Highly qualified staff provide first-class VIP service and hospitality.

A beautiful garden of 10,000 square meters surrounds the villa offering relaxation areas with various seats and small tables and BBQ. There is also a small house for children with swings and games. The villa is complete with everything needed for a comfortable stay for small children.

The outdoor pool is about 120 cubic meters wide set in the garden with a curved infinity side. The pool has night lighting and so does the surrounding area which is totally fenced, equipped with deck chairs and a large canopy.

To make the arrival relaxing, we offer a welcome dinner in a restaurant, reserved exclusively for the guests.
Service of experienced chef available upon request, for daily breakfast, lunch, dinner. Organization and reservations can also be confirmed for cooking classes, pizza parties, gastronomic dinners, theme dinners.
