The villa's outdoor area is spectacular, with a large infinity pool that has a shallow side for children and a deep side for those who like to swim or practice water sports. On the right side are the comfortable loungers to rest and get a nice tan, and the outdoor dining area with a gas grill always ready for the preparation of excellent meals.

The house has 4 suites prepared to receive families or groups of friends, and the 3 suites on the first floor have direct access to the property's garden and pool. On the second floor is the master suite with cable TV, private bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden. The living room has a rustic look and its balcony with wooden deck gives a beautiful view over the lake.

The condominium has areas for the practice of sports activities such as tennis, water skiing, cycling, athletics, golf and other sports, in addition to an excellent restaurant for those who enjoy good local, national and international cuisine.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY

Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:
-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
