The house is right on the beach. You’ll love it because of the beautiful views, the location, and the outdoor space.

The house harmonizes with the beauty of its surroundings with an effortless and casual sophistication. Passion for the tasteful and simple, plus a very committed sense of quality, has taken this project to the next level.

Located in Tankah, only minutes away from Tulum, this house is the perfect setting for a family vacation, excursion with friends, or a quick romantic getaway. This luxurious villa offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The secluded beach of Tankah is nestled in between the crystal-clear water of a cenote and the sounds of the crashing waves. It’s a special ecological zone that restricts developments and has specific conservation provisions to protect the fragile ecosystem in the area. We also invite you to cooperate in respecting our natural surroundings and helping to preserve this unique slice of paradise.

This house includes 5 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds. Each bedroom has private bathroom. The Villa offers a living area with comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor living space is marvellous at the house where you can savor the incredible views of the Caribbean. There is a wooden deck furnished with lounge chairs and an oceanfront swimming pool.

- Chef Service: Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 7:30pm. Arrival day only dinner & departure day only breakfast is offered. If service on Sunday is required, a fee of $160 USD needs to be covered directly with the chef. Groceries needed for such meals are not included; the chef will take care of all grocery shopping required: A $1,000 USD food deposit in cash upon arrival is required, and there is a weekly $140 USD shopping & delivery fee.

Here time reveals itself in the gentle passing of the clouds, the cool sea breeze and the colors of crystalline water. Come immerse yourself in the natural beauty of our gorgeous bay and enjoy the unique serenity of the house.

Sitting behind the sand dunes, the house harmoniously integrates elements of nature into the design of the house. Inspired by the beauty of Soliman Bay, the interiors of the villa feature minimalist furnishing combined with a playful mix of soothing colors that reflect the laid back beach lifestyle. Varieties of palm trees and tropical plants surrounding the infinity swimming pool create a heavenly environment.

Our villa has 6 ocean-view bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces facing the ocean. 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 interior dining areas and 2 elegant living rooms. There is 1 half-bathroom in the common area.
