Pipa is located in the region of Rio Grande do Norte, it is a very lively city where you can go buggy rides in the dunes, kitesurf, see dolphins while bathing in the "Praia do Madeiro" ... and enjoy nightlife with live music and a variety of good restaurants every night.

The house has 3 suites, a kitchen equipped, a sound system, a barbecue and especially a breathtaking view of the lagoon and dunes.

The large swimming pool is one of the highlights of the house. The pool covers a large area on the property's huge terrace, and offers an absolutely unforgettable view of the sea. In the surroundings you will find sunbeds and umbrellas.

Praia de Pipa is a famous beach located in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, 85 km from Natal, capital of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. It is the main resort on the southern coast of the state, which also includes beaches such as Ponta do Madeiro and Praia do Amor. It took the guts and the trust of the owner to follow through the project of six years, to go on the journey to protect the Sian Ka’an by developing the land in the most sustainable of ways. Furthering his vision of a sustainable living based on honoring our intrinsic values, he enlisted the help of a leading architecture firm Productora from Mexico City to work on the project. The result has seen this villa win the 2020 Wallpaper Design Awards. As a founder of the village Pueblo del Sol, in Oaxaca, and as with everything that he does, indigenous, local people come first. You can sense that intention and kindness transfered to experience of the house as well. This newly inaugurated property is tucked in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, Tulum’s Unesco Heritage protected jungle, it is promising to be an ultimate experience in true sustainable luxury.
