This secret property is on the Alto do Segredo (The secret hill), only 500mt from the beach and 2km of the world-famous Quadrado.

The master suite is taking the whole upper floor of the villa, with an outside relaxation area from where you can enjoy the peaceful green and blue horizon.

2 large suites are situated on the leafy gardens, few steps away from the main house, facing the long pool, with a few hundreds of meters of tropical forest and the sea behind. The third suite offers more privacy and a pleasant terrace.

The large glass living room offers a stylish and authentic decoration, a mix of antiques and local art.

Tiles of the house are coming from the old Trancoso church in the Quadrado.

Great for those who value their privacy the 5.000 square gardens is surrounded by exotic palm and fruit trees. There is plenty of relaxation space outside to in, including a large outside dining area that could comfortably all the guests, areas to sit or recline and relax by the long pool and large deck. The house is designed to take full advantage of the view: On your left the almost desert beach of Prainha, on your right São José private beach, reserved for the few villas owners of this huge preserved area.

It’s elevated position also gives it the advantage of a constant gentle breeze. You will enjoy the service of the efficient and cheerful staff house available 8h/day. They will prepare your breakfast and lunch on the large covered veranda, you will be delighted by a traditional Brazilian BBQ on the covered area by the pool, or will just relish tropical fruit caipirinha in the pool.

This is one of the most desired Trancoso beach house. With this unique Trancoso style and heavenly beach few steps away this beach house offers 5 comfortable bedrooms en-suite for up 12 privileged guests, large living rooms, classy dining area, laid-back lounge area, and TV room.

The luxuriant tropical garden hides an amazing stone pool surrounded by coconut and tropical trees. The incomparable peaceful energy, great comfort, unique rustic-chic style, and the excellent service provided by the numerous staff house will enchant you and will make you want to stay longer in this idyllic scenario.

The property is made of 2 houses, very close by. One with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom: The large master suite on the upper floor has a king bed (and 2 single beds), with his large veranda offering a charming sea view, a large pergola, and an external wooden Japanese style bath. On the lower floor is located in a spacious suite with 2 wooden bunk beds and an extra bed (Ideal for 5 young or single guests). The second house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with a king bed.

Staff will be available 8hday: 1 house director, 2 cooks, 3 maids and a 1 barman that will also set up the beach and poll with long chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

Please note that this beach property can be rented with Bah016, located in the property next door, that has 3 more bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

Each of the four bedrooms boast luxury 800 thread bed linen, coral-stone bathrooms and exquisite fixtures and fittings. The home sleeps 11 comfortably and up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, you will find an open, though essentially interior courtyard. The right side features a large living area and dining room with modern kitchen.
