The outside area of ​​the property connects, via a small staircase below the green grass, directly to the beach.

Its interiors are decorated in a rustic style, combining details in stone and hardwood. This union of materials creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere, which conveys a unique feeling of peace and relaxation.

The house has 7 air-conditioned suites that comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. And it has a complete trousseau and house service.

The kitchen is complete and equipped with 2 refrigerators, electric oven, blender, microwave and 5-burner stove.

The covered garage holds up to 4 cars. 3 more vehicles can be parked in the free area.

In a preserved region, almost timeless, is located this beautiful farm that invites everyone to experience a peaceful life, with simple architecture, intimately connected to the simple, but beautiful, rural life.

Separated from São Paulo by an almost 3h and 5h journey from Rio de Janeiro, the property was designed to honor the philosophy of absolute and deep connection with nature, history and local culture. Its bedrooms do not have televisions, refrigerators or telephones.

The main house was built in 1850, preserved over the years and is today the highlight of the farm. It has a classic decor, with a fireplace and tables to enjoy meals.

Enjoy the morning for a picnic and have fun with family and friends on the edge of the property's large lake, with 4 hectares. The rustic barn is the heart of the lake, where lunches and picnics and swimming are held.

The farm's art gallery was conceived by Belgian architect Sven Mouton as an “arts corridor”, following the original meaning of an art gallery where visitors walk through the exhibition. Along with the reference to old monasteries and the use of the golden ratio, it also makes reference to the European influence of the colonial surroundings of the Fazenda. The interior of the art gallery is built from local bamboo and is open to nature. Perfect place to host lunches and dinners, yoga and meditation sessions.

All bedrooms are built with old and original materials: bricks, woods and tiles were obtained from locations decades ago.

Accommodation in 9 rooms (7 suites and 2 master suites)

Close to the main house, the farm houses two villas with a total of 7 suites. Elegantly decorated, they are prepared with Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, high quality mattresses and a large bathroom with a shower. Two more master suites are available, with larger areas than the other suites, fireplace and spacious stone bath.

Full board with organic and homemade products from the farm: breakfast, lunch and dinner, with classic presentation.

The main house has on the ground floor a social area, which ranges from the solarium overlooking the ocean, barbecue, balcony with chaises and hammocks, living room, a super cozy American pantry and the kitchen. There are two suites on the ground floor as well. Still in the main house, on the upper floor is the master suite with sea views.

On the other block of the houses are three other suites.

The fabulous 2-storey house in Picinguaba stands out for its colonial structure, fully preserved both inside and out, part of the region's history.

The internal area is made up of a mix of colonial design wooden furniture with modern furniture. The decor also includes objects of local architecture and an inspiring collection of Brazilian art. For cold weather, the living room has a wood-burning fireplace.

The house has 9 suites that accommodate up to 18 people in total comfort, equipped with a double bed, are air-conditioned, and have a beautiful view of the area.

The master suite is the tenth suite and the best one, perfect for couples, and is located on the top floor of the house : it is very spacious , featuring a jacuzzi and a balcony with a hammock to contemplate the incredible view of the ocean and the surrounding forest.

The outdoor area consists of a large dining table with ambiance both during the day and at night and a long deck with a pool and beds all along its length, to relax in the open air. All meals made by the team are of locally produced food, all organic and fresh fish caught in the region.
