The village of Termini, where Villa is located, is an oasis away from the tourists of Sorrento, where you can immerse and live like a local. Beautifully restored ex-monastery property with spectacular views and a private swimming pool.

The indoor area has 500 square meters based on 3 different floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 en-suite bedrooms. Villa features also 2 living and dining rooms, a kitchen, panoramic pool, alfresco dining, garden, and spacious terraces with a view of the sea. The décor and quality of the furniture are superb; detailed and carefully selected to the highest standards. The floors have been made with Neapolitan terracotta tiles, bathrooms have been decorated with ceramic tiles from Vietri Sul Mare, and the textiles are from the prestigious silk factories of San Leucio. The first thing that hits your eyes as you enter the property is the island's proximity to Capri. Capri, with its Faraglioni Rocks surrounded by the deep blue sea, is so near, that you can reach out and touch it. You can also see, to the right of the property in the distance, the island of Ischia, views are simply spectacular! There is also a lot of vegetation, including a vegetable garden with organic products near the entrance and a terrace with fruit trees.

The villa has a private parking area within the entrance gate with space for up to 4 cars. A small private road leads up to the main entrance of the villa and cannot be accessed by large cars as the road is very narrow.

In one of the most beautiful and idyllic corners, this oceanfront villa combines the comfort and beauty of a Greek house on a strip of wooded land that separates the Cassange lagoon from the sea.

Upon entering, the villa has access to a large fully open living room overlooking the pool with its wooden deck and wide view of the ocean and its crystal clear waters that make the guest feel on a beautiful Caribbean island without neglecting comfort and Lux. The large living room brings together in the same room, the TV room, living room, dining room and full kitchen.

The villa has 6 beautiful suites with 4 of them having access to the terrace.

-Top floor Suite: This is the only suite on the 2nd floor, featuring a beautiful queen-size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, panoramic sea views and direct access to the terrace;

-Master bedroom: This suite facing the pool has a king-size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, access to the terrace, garden and beach.

-Garden suite 1 & 2: These two beautiful suites have a king-size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and open garden shower.

-Suite ocean view 1 & 2: These two ocean view suites have three single beds each, air conditioning, wardrobe and easy access to the garden, pool terrace and beach.

This charming house facing the sea is situated in one of the beautiful areas in constant growth in the Pontal do Maceió region.

The house has 600m² of built area, starting with the beautiful living room furnished with all wooden furniture and decorated with local crafts. The room has access to the living room outside the house that has several hammocks for rest and a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers.

The kitchen remains unchanged, its original and well-kept design has a large space for preparing meals and has access to the outside area of the house with two dining tables to serve meals both indoors and out.

The house has 6 beautiful air-conditioned suites, all with double beds, 4 of them on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor with a balcony that provides a wide view of the surrounding area.
