Perched on a cliff nearly 20 meters high, the villa is supported by robust steel beams that anchor it against the ocean winds, giving the impression that it floats effortlessly above the ground. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into an expansive 170 m² open living space, where lounge and dining areas flow seamlessly into the outdoors. The interiors, furnished with carefully curated pieces from São Paulo antique shops and reupholstered in natural tones, evoke timeless elegance, contrasting poetically with the tropical backdrop. Movable Viroc panels fold away like screens, dissolving boundaries between inside and out, offering a sensory experience of shifting transparencies, light, and shadow.

The villa features four refined suites, each designed to maximize natural light and frame breathtaking sea views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly to lush gardens and the ocean horizon, extending the living experience into an uninterrupted connection with nature. Beside the main living area, a meticulously landscaped tropical garden projects playful shadows and reflections into the interiors, creating a living visual performance.
