The chalet opens its doors in the heart of a luxurious and intimate 500 m² setting spread over 4 floors, where serenity and the art of living are the guiding principles.

Designed with noble materials in a warm and contemporary style, the chalet features 7 bedrooms, accommodating up to 16 people. A true gem of Megève, this establishment offers an exclusive mountain experience, both in winter and summer, for families or friends.

Nestled among the peaks, in perfect harmony with the surrounding alpine landscape, the chalet provides a true sensory journey: a Wellness area welcomes you for a moment of relaxation (spa, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool). The chalet is equipped with all the amenities needed for mountain well-being, including 3 enclosed garages with heated parking, a ski room with boot and glove dryers.

On the first floor are the bedrooms, all with toilets, shower rooms, and TVs:The Suite: Queen-size bed, bathroom with mirror TV, toilet, lounge area opening onto a private terrace.

The Guest Room: Queen-size bed, bathroom, toilet, and private terrace.

The Dormitory: Four single beds, shower room, toilet, and terrace.

The Guest Bedroom: Double bed (160 cm), shower room, toilet, and balcony.

The Living Room: Spacious, queen-size bed, hammam shower, bar area opening onto a terrace, outdoor lounge, and jacuzzi.

On the second level, the living space includes a reading and relaxation lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter, a wine cellar, a fireplace lounge with TV and large sofas offering mountain views, furnished terraces, and a dining room that can accommodate 18 people.

Finally, on the mezzanine, the Master Suite, a vast 60 m² bedroom with a small lounge, hammam bathroom, dressing room, and toilet.
