Villa located only 5 min away from the town of Ibiza, in a private, secured area, offering an impressive view over Ibiza, the Mediterranean, and Formentera. With only a 2 minute drive to the charming small village of Jesus, Talamanca Beach, and the biggest harbor in Ibiza, Marina Botafoch where is located in all the best of Ibiza’s spots and shops.

The villa features 8 en-suite rooms, three of which of have an additional jacuzzi; luxurious spacious living rooms, kitchen, large heated pool with BBQ-area next to it. The salon on the ground floor has 2 seating areas, a large dining table, and a piano. The upper salon is an entertainment area with a TV, pinball machine, football-table, and a bar.

The outside area of the villa offers many possibilities to spend time in the beautiful garden or the sauna next to the pool. All terraces have lounging-areas with an amazing view of the city of Ibiza and the Mediterranean.

The villa is designed for those who are seeking and consider peace, privacy, security, and comfort to be of prime importance. A maid is included in the rental rate, 5 hours per day except for Sundays.
