The sea view is present in two suites, living room, balcony, barbecue and swimming pool. The house takes advantage of natural lighting, with many windows and glass doors. The house has 04 suites. And it accommodates up to 08 people. Full kitchen. Daily cleaning of the house, pool and garden 1 (once) a day from 08:00am to 11:30am. It is the guests' responsibility to allow the cleaning team to enter the leased property during the hours informed here.

- 01 (one) bed and bath set for each guest, which will be changed every 03 (three) days. The LESSEE must bring beach towels, as it is not allowed to leave with any object or equipment belonging to the property. We provide up to 04 (four) complimentary pool towels.

- Number of parking spaces in the house: 03 spaces - it is not allowed to park cars on the streets and sidewalks of the condominium.
