The beautiful landscape transforms throughout the day, from the sunrise over the immensity of the ocean to its setting beneath the dunes. Our house is part of the boutique condominium, an ideal place to feel a full and restorative connection with nature.
The Belavida house was developed in an organic and sustainable way. We always seek to preserve the native flora and the surrounding ecosystem. Our water comes from abundant groundwater and our solar energy capture system is being implemented to reduce the impact on nature.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, has 2 suites; all with split air conditioning and Smart TV.
We do not have equipment powered by fossil energy such as gas, diesel or gasoline; Our modern 4-burner electric stove is induction, providing total safety and agility; In the mezzanine suite we offer a bucolic space for contemplating the sea.
