Stunning Castle style property on a private peninsula at the entrance to Puerto de Andratx. The villa is accessible by both land and sea and offers private access for smaller boats.

With its panoramic views of the sea, the Puerto de Andratx marina and the Tramuntana Mountains beyond, this is arguably one of the most spectacular properties on Mallorca. The Mediterranean garden leads to the private sea access where guests can enjoy tranquillity and exclusivity.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people in its living space of 1000m2. In the comfortably furnished main house there are 3 suites, in one of them, the Lady Di Suite, the "Princess of Hearts" once spent one of her holidays. An open kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and a dining room with a large dining table are located on the pool level. There is a small gym in the basement. A further 3 attractive suites are located in the guest house. A special highlight, a rock grotto can be found at the back of the property. From the pool as well as from the Jacuzzi, guests can enjoy a magnificent view towards the marina and the most beautiful sunsets, very private and exclusive.
