This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a new building in Ipanema, something hard to find in this neighborhood full of traditional Brazilian buildings. The building has been recently remodeled.

The living room is very modern and has plenty of natural light, with all the comforts of home to make your stay very comfortable. There is an American style kitchen, very modern and contemporary design, which is open to the living room.

Outside the living room has its own balcony, which has a view of the famous Ipanema beach. Due to the open concept of the plant, you are able to see this partial ocean view from the living room, the kitchen and the dining room.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds - a great option for those staying with children, however the beds are also designed to make a single bed.
