A beautiful and pleasant home located in the exclusive gated community Terravista Golf, known for its great golf courses and wonderful homes with incredible views and locations in Trancoso.

This is a wonderful luxury home adorned by a beautiful colonial-style decor composed of refined noble furniture in the interior of Minas Gerais.

Enjoy your stay with lots of fun and good taste in the large social areas of the house such as the gourmet area with bar and grill, surrounded by a huge pool that surrounds a good part of the house with a fantastic central island and long streak. Stroll through the tropical garden with carefully selected plants and trees.
At the end of the day, meet with your family and friends in the TV room to watch a good movie with popcorn or take advantage of exploring Trancoso and Porto Seguro.

The house also has an imposing living room completely illuminated by the sunlight during the day, refreshed by the wonderful breeze that comes from the sea and with high ceilings.

The house sleeps up to 10 adults plus 4 children on the sofa bed. There are 5 suites in total:

Your stay already includes a maid and a cook who work 8 hours a day for your well being and convenience.
