The property features four spacious bedrooms, each with one Queen bed, two single beds, a private bathroom, ceiling fan, and generous closet space. Two of the four bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. With a maximum capacity of 14 guests, it is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and a harmonious setting. There is also a service room and a separate laundry area.
The social areas include an open-plan living room with views of the exterior, a TV hall, a charming internal garden, a large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The decor in earthy tones and beige, with a mix of rustic and modern furniture, creates a warm and serene atmosphere.
Outside, guests can enjoy a pool surrounded by lounge areas, hammocks, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a shaded sofa area—everything designed for relaxation. The nightly rental rate includes access to the condominium and its club facilities, including the social clubhouse, restaurant, golf course, tennis courts, marina, swimming pool, and other amenities.

Housekeeping service is mandatory and charged separately: COP 90,000 per day per every 6 guests. Housekeepers cook, maintain the property clean and organized, and provide maid service. Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
