The property has an area of approximately 6,000 m². There are 100M² of wooden deck. The place is designed for events. The kitchen is spacious, with air conditioning and circulation prepared to meet the various demands of the event. The women's and men's bathrooms have air conditioning.
Place to celebrate: wedding, graduation, anniversary, baby shower, end of year celebration. Or any other event, this is the perfect place!
The advertised price is for events ranging from 100 to 300 people.
Great location: House in an exceptional location with a breathtaking sea view, surrounded by greenery. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, between the Parracho and Pitinga beaches.
The event space cannot be rented at the same time as the house.
House with 60 m² has 5 bedrooms (4 suites), three of which are annex suites with 16.9 m², all with flat-screen TV with channels, air conditioning and independent balcony with hammock, house for a maximum of 16 people (including children), with rustic staircase on the cliff for access to the beach.
