This beautiful house is located in the Mesa de Yeguas club in the municipality of Anapoima. In this place you can enjoy the golf course, tennis court, nautical club, where you can practice kayaking and also rent bicycles or golf carts.

The charm of this house lies in the social area, with a large pool to enjoy day and night. You can sunbathe or spend a pleasant evening with a cocktail around the pool. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of 15 guests.

The property also comes with a TV studio, Jacuzzi and BBQ. There is parking space for 6 cars, 3 covered and 3 uncovered.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY
Housekeeper: 60 000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:
-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
