Just steps from the sea, is the luxurious bright red villa designed by Pepe de Yturbe, which stands out for its beautiful minimalist architecture, which plays with the shadows and spaces provided by the nature of the place. Located on the private beach of Ranchos Estates, it is one of the most iconic houses in the region.

King size bed. TV + apple TV. Safe in closed. Sitting area with a twin day bed. Inside Shower. 2 Outside showers. Direct ocean views. Sunken tub on private deck outside overlooking ocean. Large private deck with seating area.

LOFT
2 Twin beds. TV + apple TV. Private bath with shower. Private balcony overlooking ocean with seating area. open to the media room below (via the stairs).

GUEST SUITE #1
2 Queen beds. TV + apple TV. Indoor and outdoor shower. Private patio with seating area. Optional conversion into one double size king bed of 13 feet wide with one piece 13 feet wide sheets.

GUEST SUITE #2
2 Queen beds. TV + apple TV. Safe in closed. Inndor and outdoor shower. Private patio with seating area.

KING GUEST SUITE
King bed. TV + apple TV. Safe in closed. Private bath with shower.

STAFF QUARTERS
Separated room for the staff with all their needs and also laundry service for all our guests. Not for rental.

STAFF:
Our staff includes House Manager, Concierge, Houseman/Waiter, Chef (3 meals), 2 Housekeepers for cleaning and laundry. available 24/7 for emergencies.

-All kind of dietary needs can be catered, from vegan, pescatarian and gluten

-free to Kosher. Pre-stocking and grocery shopping. Food and drinks are not included.

-NO PETS allowed in any property without the explicit permission from owner. Dogs have been welcome many times after permission granted.

SMOKING is only allowed in outdoor areas.
