Located by the sea and only fifteen minutes by boat from the pier of Paraty, in Rio de Janeiro, is a stunning property with a 30,000 m² private garden and a house composed of seven suites and a three-suite loft. With incredible views of the ocean and the Atlantic Forest, this is an ideal option for those seeking the coziness of a beach house in a safe location surrounded by exclusive services.

The colonial-style house was completely renovated in 2020, with a project signed by renowned architect Marcos Tomanik. With seven large suites, three of them with ocean views, all with closets and spacious bathrooms, the property occupies an area of 1,500 m² and has beautiful ceramics imported from Spain. The decoration is made up of pieces found by the family in nautical antique shops, such as original ship compasses, scaphors, and imitations of English navigation boats, mixed with navy colors and tropical themes.

The house has several common areas, such as a living room integrated to the kitchen, which in turn is connected to a new outdoor gourmet area, complete with professional Viking equipment. There is also a second kitchen, also equipped with everything that is best for food lovers, such as the classic Berkel 1920, known as "the most beautiful and classic cold cuts slicer in the world", which also works as a decoration piece. In addition, the property has a gym, sauna, and three rooms for single employees.

The Ocean View Master Suite 1 has a king size bed, retractable blinds on the ceiling that let in natural light, and a spacious bathroom with ocean views.

The Master Ocean View Suite 2 is illuminated with natural light and has an ofuro-style bathtub perfect for relaxing to the sound of natural neighbors, such as the hundreds of native bird species that inhabit the region.

Master Ocean View Suite 3 has a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom, and a door with a beach view that lets in the sunlight and sea breeze.

Master Ocean View Suite #4 also features a beach view door, king size bed, and spacious bathroom.

The Garden Suites, on the other hand, are very airy and have windows overlooking the delightful backyard, where there is a vegetable garden and other delicacies that the matriarch of the family has cultivated over the years.

Besides the lush property itself, the location is another highlight. Paraty is a historic town with beautiful colonial buildings, secular churches, and cobblestone streets that attract tourists from all over the world.



The rental includes staff (cook, housekeeper, caretaker, and sailor), to make the stay as pleasant as possible, as well as a steam sauna and equipment available for water activities, such as kayaking, wakeboarding, stand up paddle, and a floating nautical carpet.
