Tus022 - 18th-Century Tuscan Estate with 6 Suites near Lucca

Nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside near the historic city of Lucca, Villa Marie is an elegant 18th-century estate surrounded by two hectares of landscaped gardens. Combining the charm of traditional Italian architecture with modern comforts and extensive wellness facilities, this remarkable property offers a peaceful and refined retreat for up to 12 guests.

The main villa features six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, including two with king-size beds and four with queen-size beds. Distributed across three floors, the residence offers several inviting lounges and reception areas, allowing guests to gather comfortably or enjoy moments of privacy. An elevator connects the different levels.

One of the estate’s most distinctive features is its private wellness area, complete with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and treatment room. Designed for relaxation throughout the year, this dedicated space provides an intimate spa experience in the heart of Tuscany.

Outside, two hectares of beautifully maintained grounds invite guests to discover the estate’s natural beauty. The gardens feature an outdoor swimming pool, a private lake, and several distinctive landscaped areas, including the Art Garden and Wedding Garden.

The property also celebrates Tuscany’s agricultural heritage, with an organic vegetable garden, olive trees producing extra-virgin olive oil, a kiwi-covered pergola, and a fragrant lemon grove. Outdoor terraces and dining areas provide charming settings for enjoying meals and relaxing in the countryside.

For larger groups, a separate guesthouse can accommodate up to six additional guests, bringing the estate’s total capacity to 18 people. These three additional bedrooms are available at an extra cost and offer simpler accommodation than the main residence, making them particularly suitable for teenagers or accompanying staff.

Located in Vorno, in the municipality of Capannori, Villa Marie provides an excellent base for exploring Lucca, the surrounding Tuscan countryside, and the region’s historic towns, vineyards, and celebrated culinary traditions.

With its historic character, six elegant suites, extensive gardens, and private wellness facilities, Villa Marie offers an exceptional setting for families and groups seeking privacy, comfort, and an authentic Tuscan experience.
