Photo or video production rates are subject to specific rates ​​and rules, provided upon request and must be expressly authorized by the host upon identification of the responsible producer and presentation of detailed descriptions.

Out of respect for neighbors and the natural environment, moderation in sound volume is requested at all times of the day.

Small organic vegetable garden available to guests to compose locally made meals only.

The house is exclusively available to guests who must guarantee free access for employees to the gardens and the laundry room, which has an independent side entrance.

Kitchen utensils are available to guests, who undertake to take care of them and return them in case of damage.

Food, beverages and other consumable items that may be found in the pantry must be preserved or, in case of use, rigorously replaced.

Guests may use the wood that may be available in the wood stove and wood oven only.

The barbecue grill and pizza oven (external) are also available to guests who must provide, respectively, the charcoal and eucalyptus firewood necessary for their operation.

In order to avoid damage to vegetation and fire hazards, it is expressly forbidden to light fires, use fireworks or release balloons on the property.

Gathering and hunting are prohibited. All plants and wild animals on the property and surroundings are protected by current environmental legislation.
