In the project signed by Trancoso native Julia Regis Bittencourt and decorated by Beatriz Veronezi, woods such as champagne and cumaru, biribas and palm straw predominate, which give the house a living space in the best Trancoso style.

The house has a cozy and well-decorated TV room, ideal for leisure and entertainment, as well as a games room equipped with a variety of entertainment options. The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, complemented by a large deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
