This special and unique villa, once a flower market, today is a luxurious and modern vacation home for up to 25 guests (18 adults and 7 children), recently renovated with extreme attention to design and comfort, yet remaining true to the roots of the traditional Puglia territory. The stunning Italian design and decor is a beautiful mixture of classical and contemporary styles, bringing pure luxury to the next level in hospitality. The quiet and calm aesthetics of the interiors extend to the outdoor space, the sun-drenched private pool, elegantly furnished patios, many tables to dine “al fresco” and the gardens, the ideal places where family and friends will have an effortless vacation in timeless paradise.

The villa can sleep up to 18 adult guests and 7 children in a comfortable, contemporary collection of 9 suites and bedrooms and is equipped with an oversized swimming pool, a private spa with a sauna, a Turkish bath, a massage room, and an indoor heated pool.

The villa is a great gateway to explore the richly historical region of Puglia, famous for the magnificent beaches and the crystal clear waters, the natural wonders of the famous Grottoes of Castellana, picturesque whitewashed hill towns, centuries-old farmland, and hundreds of kilometers of Mediterranean coastline, an impressive collection of castles, great artistic and cultural heritage, and important archeological sites.

The rental includes daily maid service, lifeguard service, private parking. All concierge and tour services are available on request. The villa is an excellent, unique venue for events, productions, and weddings. The daily event fee: low season 2 500 €, high season 3 500 €.
