The entrance to the house, in a natural way, is a walk through the leisure area, swimming pool and gourmet area.

Inside, on the ground floor, the living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs, sofas and smartv with hometheater sound system. Generating a perfect environment to enjoy your favorite movies and series, as if you were in a movie theater.

The kitchen of the house is next to the living room, and despite being compact, it is complete. Two refrigerators, a cellar, appliances, furniture and an excellent space for cooking. Its dining table comfortably seats 6 people.

The fantastic gourmet area has a beer hall, snooker table, barbecue, table for 10 seats, sun loungers, another table on the lawn and the pool with fountain. An ideal environment for celebrations with friends and family.

From the house to the sea it is only a few minutes' walk. The condominium has tennis courts, soccer field, beach tennis, sports court and a bike path that runs along the entire length of the beach.
