• Caraíva is a sandy village with no car traffic. Access is by boat, and for those with larger luggage, local carts are available to transport belongings to the house.
• As in many preserved beach destinations, occasional fluctuations in electricity or internet may occur in the area. These cases are rare and usually resolved quickly.
• The water supply depends on the village’s local system. The house has reservoirs that ensure normal operation during the stay, but we recommend mindful water usage.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
• Pets are not allowed.
