The estate is situated in the Grove square one of the best neighboorhoods in Trancoso and just a stone´s throw away from the famous Quadrao. Besides that you will reach within a 5min walk one of the most beautiful beaches of the area. The noble outdoor area of the property comes with a big splendid terrace and an amplious pool.

You will also find various areas to relax and chill, as the property possesses chic sunloungers and hammocks. The highlight of the outdoor area is the typical Brazilian BBQ area which comes with an amplious table and a traditional oven- for sure you will have some unforgettable dinner parties with your beloved one´s here.
